Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cyndy’s World! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Initiating a Refund:
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Returns Policy:

  1. Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization if necessary.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) along with your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  1. Refunds for Gift Purchases:
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Please note that our refund and returns policy applies to purchases made through our online store only. For items purchased from one of our physical retail locations, please refer to the returns policy posted in-store.
